Refund policy

1. Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The item must not show any signs of damage caused by misuse or customer handling.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Worn, washed, or damaged products.
  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items (optional).
  • Customized or made-to-order products (if applicable).
  • Products damaged due to improper use.

4. Sizing

Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.
We are not responsible for incorrect size selection made by the customer. However, exchanges may be accepted subject to stock availability, and shipping fees may apply.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, or an item that is incorrect or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide clear photos of the issue. 6. Shipping Fees

  • For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (size preference, change of mind, etc.), shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it will fall under this Return & Exchange Policy.
